    Tuned lvl 10 blender

I had my e-mag upgraded to 3.2 and tuned, but now I seem to chop quite often. I even tryed a little longer spring than the tech put on the level ten, but still the same problem. So now I bought a halo, thinking of course that it would solve the problem, but that seems to have made the condition worse. I,m about to give up on the mag that I thought I loved, please help!

well if the halo made things worse that means you need better detents, and you can try going down a carrier size to slow down the bolt a bit.

or you can just give me the gun and you can go buy a new one

Ok, but the tech also tuned the detent by putting teflon tape on the threads, I guess. So is there some way that I need to readjust this? I had heard that there was a problem with this on some of the ULE bodies is that true?

Yea def check the detent pressure and depth. What kinda paint? I only chop 1 in 5000, with a reloader b and xball paint. Level 10 as long as it isnt leaking or too tight should not cause this. change carrier and paint. Any barrel breaks or are they all chops. SJ

take the detents out and look at them. You can tell if the bolt has been hitting it. Use level 10 carrier orings to space it back far enough and snug fit is good. Let me knoiw if you cant get it to stop chopping and i will fix it for you.

One more thing to check: are you absolutely certain it's chopping and you're not just getting barrel breaks?

I am using Proball, which I have never had problems with before. I have a freak kit so I have tried various bore sizes, and I do have my foamie intact. My carrier does leak occasionally so I will try one size smaller. Also, just in case this somehow makes a diff, my air system is a maxflow set at around 900psi . Originally when I got the marker back it would not cycle completely when I would shoot rapidly, so I contacted the tech and he told me with a level 10 I need to run that high of pressure.

Run 1000 psi.. then try it. It's what I run in mine.
