Does Tunaman tune Mags?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but won't Tunaman tune a Mag for a little money? I just want mine tuned, and I can't seem to find out how, and if I did know how, it would take a while, because I can only get air when the field is open, which means every Saturday, and I'm always playing then.
