ULE Trigger Kit/Level 10 Problem

I recently had the ULE kit installed, and the guy at the store put all of the shims in the On/Off because it just would not fire... one by one we loaded in the shims, and after like 5 or 6 it still would not shoot. i went home and messed with the shims inside the front half of the valve (under the bolt) and have tried 3 (Two is standard) 4 5 and 6 shims and i still get balls rolling out of my barrel every third shot. the sear pin gets stuck and does not come back out after about 20 shots. i have an x-valve so thats not the problem. anyone have any suggestions?

try turning up the velocity. What pressure is your tank at? Need at least 600psi to get a standard bolt to work so you'll need more pressure for the LvL10 and ULT. Make sure to oil it really well also. LMK if already did those things.
