RTcustom problems

ok, my dad just got a brand new RTcustom with the x-valve. He also ordered a crossfire 68/4500 tank.
First problem, when he goes to screw it in the crossfire threads are so long that they dont create a seel and air leaks out the ASA, when compared against my systemx tank with the centerflag threads its about a quarter inch longer.

Second problem. I offered my system x tank so he could try his new gun, but when he screwed it in the gun dry fired a couple hundred times...without pulling the trigger. It would just keep shooting and shooting and it sounded like air was leaking out the barrel to. This was a full 4500psi when i screwed it in so I know its not low on air.
Any tips? Thanks a much

get ahold of whoever you bought them from, but two things that jump out to me is low pressure output on your tanks or too many ult shims

He bought them straight from AGD online store. His tank is preset at 850. Ill take a look at this shims and see what I can do. But the strange thing is that AGD pretested the gun and checked the FPS and gave a little readout of thier test so this is super strange.

yes its Odd , i have my readout for Fps for mine also. being less then 3 days old its odd it acts up ... BUT i assume its by the weather and condiotns of where its tested, im sure the weather is Much more diffrent there then it is here, Hot, Humid, and very Damp . thats whta probly maid mine all Whack, i will test tommorw when the field is open, as long as its not raining =/

And the ASA Blows, its to short for my Pure energy tank, and my crossfire =/ good thing i had a drop and macro/connectors

i still need to test it and all and finish the cosmetic's
