    Which Bolt to Use?

Okay, I have these three bolts for my backup Classic. Thing is, I only konw what one of them is. I know the one in the middle is an A.N.S. Phase II. Can anyone tell me what the other two are? Also, can anyone tell me which of these is the best bolt?

    Thanks!

The one on the right appears to be a stock level 7 bolt and the one of the left looks to be a level 7 foamie bolt with the foamie missing. As for what bolt is the best I'm not sure, try them all out and see what you like best.

      level 7 original foamie bolt
      ans crap
      level 7 short nose bolt

if you can get foamies use the original l7 bolt, it has a longer sleeve than the shortnose thus little to no blowback. the shortnose is good too, i never noticed any blowback with mine, if you have a powerfeed body it shouldnt matter anyway. dont bother with the ans bolt.

Thanks! I am using it on a powerfeed. I ran the ANS today and it shredded a lot of paint on me.

Anyone know where I can get a L7 foamy?

You should be able to get foamies wherever they sell automag parts. Theya are a common part and are still used on the new level 10 bolts.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

You need a small fomie for the ans bolt and it should work great. All the bolts should work fine with the two fomie bolts being a little nicer on paint.

Okay, I can't get foamies here and getting them from AGD costs me more in shipping than the pack of foamies themselves. Anybody know where I can get them without paying a butt-load in shipping?

I'd try Tunaman or one of the other dealers in the dealers forum.

You'll want to get a foamie for that ANS bolt, too, if you're going to use it. You just need a sort little cylindrical piece of foam to sit in the center of all the venturi holes; if you had a normal AGD foamie, you could probably cut the wings off of it, and maybe shorten it a bit and it'd work.

Just thinking, how about a corn pad (for feet) as a "foamie"?

they are round have a hole in the center and cost about $2 for 50

                    enjoy!!

Yeah, I was thinking Tunaman, too. I'll flip him a note. I think I already have something that will work fine for the ANS...with a little knife work of course.
