    Rapid fire problem

I just bought a new (used) mag with an x-valve and ule trigger setup. When I shoot the gun fast it seems to chuff or the trigger seems to not come back. Is the valve not recharging correctly? I tried switching out springs but the shortest one was in there and the longer ones just made it worse. Any advice is apprciated.

Make sure both screws(field strip and grip frame) are tightened about the same. Also i had no luck with the ULT until i switched to an adjustable.

Adjustable tank? I have a preset Dye tank set at 850psi so I think that should be fine. Anybody else have any ideas?

      Thanks again!

Are you sure you tank is putting out 850. I have a crossfire rated at 850, but only put out 700. And when I rapid fire it drops to 600. I have the same problem when I hit above 14 bps. If your out put is bleow 850 then send it back to Dye and have them increase the output as advertized.

I have similar problem. I improved it a bit by shimming the ULT but it still happens once in a while. I have a Dye Preset too but I'm only getting about 650 out of it. But you say Dye can increase output?

But what I do I do because I like to do.

Dye Might, Give Them A Call. Crossfire Is Doing My Tank Right Now, Only Cost Me Shipping, But It Is A Crossfire Tank. If Dye Won't Call Crossfire Or Center Flag, They Will Do It For Cheap. All They Have To Do Is Replace A Spring.

I had zero luck with the ULT until i switched to and adjustable. Try some increased pressure before you think something is wrong. Also make sure about those screws being tightened the same (only if you have ule body)

What would be the best way to check the pressure on my tank?

If you're using an on/off ASA then try opening it up more...a friend of mine had the same problem, he opened up his ASA more and it worked fine

that happened to me this past sunday. i had no idea why i was having such bad shootdown. but i tightened down my on/off ASA , and it let more air flow to the gun, which fixed the problem.

To check the out put of your tank, get a guage, and install it into the side of your asa, if there isn't an extra port to do that, take to pro shop, mabey they can help you out.
