Is The Z-valve Worth The Money?

    whats up guys...
i just got into mags recently from my spyders. i just picked up a 68 classic and was wondering what i could do to improve it from stock. I read something on pbreview.com about a Z-valve that supposedly helps the trigger on a classic snap like an RT. Does anyone know where i could pick one of these up? or who they are made by? i searched it on google and altavista but couldnt find anything...

i think u mean, X valve, yes , its a reactive valve trigger system whatever, but to fully achieve the use of the valve is to use a adjustable output preasure tank like a Dynaflow, then you can get a nice sweet spot on the trigger to bounce and yes, there worth it.

No, he's referring to an aftermarket on/of assembly. And no. They will NOT give you the RT kick like an Xvalve will.

Any aftermarket product that claims to improve performance and is not made by AGD, is a waste of money. Remember that rule and your 'Mag will stay happy. I remember two of my friends having ANS parts in their 'Mags and the leaks wouldn't stop until I bought them stock AGD parts.

I was always under the impression that the Zvalve was an AGD product. Correct me if it wasn't. All the reviews I've read are that they were an AGD product, not aftermarket.

I agree that most aftermarket products for 'mags do not live up to the hype.

I've got a Zvalve....can't give you a review on it yet, but will soon. It's in an older AIR valve, in a new project, just acquired it....will let you know. Reviews I've read have been favorable.

The Z-Valve is not an AGD product. It's a POS.
