if i turn down my velocity at a reball field, will it screw up my level 10 tune or ult?

If, when you turn down the velocity, the gun becomes inconsistent, then change bolt springs. Use the next shorter bolt spring. You should be fine.
The actual settings (spacers and carrier) won't change.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts. -
