    Macroline help please...

Hello. I just got my macroline kit in today and I'm trying to figure out how to install it. There is some rubbery stuff on the threads of the 90 degree connectors that makes it really hard to screw in, is this normal or should I strip it off? Also, will I have to do anything else, I've heard alot about locktite stuff and I'm just wondering if it is really nessicary. Any info would help. Thenks.

Just screw the fittings in, and push the line into the fitting, teeth inside will bite down when the line is pressureized, the white rubbery stuff is thread sealent, just screw em in, and your ready to rock, if you dont already know, to remove macroline from its fitting, push the line into the fitting, hold the 'collar' around the rim of the fitting, and pull out the line. If you ever remove the fittings, you might want to add a strip of teflon tape around the threads or some locktite, though theres a perticular kind, I'm not sure which, I personally tend to use teflon tape.

The loctite is Loctite 545, it is made for hydrolic pressures so it will work excellent for paintball.

        Another thing I just noticed...

On my Custom Products cradle... there are 2 threaded holes on both sides. Which one am I supposed to screw in the macroline? Do I have to screw something else in the other one to stop the airflow? Argh... I am such a nitro newb...

The extra holes are for options, presuming its not working as a regulator or anything, both holes should be under the same pressure, you can get metal plugs to fill the holes. most usually come with extra plugs for holes not being used.
