My friend just got a new ACI Bulldog (older style) reg on a 92 ci (I think) tank. Well, he forgot it in the car overnight about a week ago in 15-20 degree weather. Then in the morning he remembered it and took it in the house.
After a few hours, he wondered how well his gun was balanced with it on, so he screwed it into his Custom Products flame drop forward. And when he went to screw it out, he started to turn it and instead of the entire tank and reg comming out, the reg stayed in the ASA adapter and the tank came off. The tank wasn't pressurized (luckily) so he wasn't hurt, but now he is just really mad.
He bought it about 4 months ago, so I don't know about the warranty. But he said that it didn't come with a registration card or anything. What does he have to do to get it repaired?
