Black ULT oring

How do you replace the small black oring in the ult, i cannot get the pin out of the ult.

The pin is locktited to the support underneath. Toss it in some boiling water, it should come off easily.

Is it threaded or just there? thanks in advance

Just stuck in there with loctite.
