Some Help Please

I found this tank reg in my pile of paintball goodies and was wondering if you guys could help me get it in working order. On the reg it says PMI Perfect, I got this in a trade a long time ago and don't know much about it.It was on a 68/3000 fiber tank.I will give a little discription of it regular screw in tank reg with burst disc on one side the other side has two holes not sure if I need another burst disc or two guages but doesn't look like enough room then there is a knob that says adj and do not remove cap. I emailed PMI and according to them they did not make the reg they had it made for them through a company called the hose shop.

It could be an adjustable regulator. If it's adjustable, there should be two guages on it.
