Flatline Reg probs

Ok i got my flatline 3k reg tank yesterday and i cannot figure out how to adjust the output pressure ive looked everywhere and cant find a diagram or instructions on how to do it. the tank itsself is in great shape but the guages are a mess so i wanna lust make sure every thing is working before i send it off to re hydro. thanks alot for any help.

the front of it has a hole for a 1/8" allen key. You adjust it just like a mag regulator. Looking at it, turn right to go up, left to go down.
