the thing on the left is the twist-lock assebly, it holds the barrel. It is spring loaded. The thing on the right its the rail bushing, it puts the field strip screw in the correct position under the valve.

How do I take these parts out of the rail and put them in another rail?

        Thanks

          Rail Parts

The rail bushing should push out pretty easily, but the twist lock is pressed in. If your not careful you can ruin the twist lock trying to get it out! I use 2 sockets in my vise to press them out. This method has always worked for me. Good luck!
