    Level 10 Foamy

This may sound stupid but what type of glue should I use to install a new foamy on my level 10 bolt.

    Thanks.

        ca glue

ca glue from a hobby shop

        zap a gap works good

get the slow drying and let it sit

before you apply any type of glue
make the bolt is clean not just whiped down make sure there is no oil left on the end of the bolt
use a peice of scotch brite pad to clean off the old glue

make sure you dont get zap a gap on you finger this stuff make's crazy glue look like rubber cement..

That brings up an interesting point. How much do you really need the foamie (with a properly tuned level 10)???

I believe you really don't need it. The foamy just helps the bolt be a little softer on paint. A regular at my local field took his off his Level Ten bolt.

I seriously doubt it's manditory to have one, but since I had one lying around I stuck it on with some crazy glue. It may have been more of a marketing response to the delrin bolt craze. but we don't need no stinking delrin!

u dont need that rubber bumper in the LX bolt.... all it will do is help prevent very fradgile paint from breaking... but im sure u would never in ur life notice it missing anyways

I tired Krazy glue today on my foamie but it didn't hold. That sucks, now I lost the foamie. Will the Scotch Brite pad really take off the old glue?

Last weekend I played for two days at the NorCal vs.SoCal AO days and forgot that I had not replaced the foamy. Played all weekend and did not break one ball. I guess I will glue one back in some day but I am not wooried about it any more. The gun worked flawlessly all weekend long. Very Pleased
