    RT Calssic vs. RT Pro

I'm currently looking at buying an RT, and it's between to different markers, a classic RT and a new RT Pro. Both are going for the same price, but the classic comes with several extras (dye barrel, drop, etc). However, the Pro comes with an x-valve and level 10 bolt along with a ULE main body. Both have intelliframes. Any suggenstion on which to purchase?

Go with the RT Pro, the classic is not compatable with most upgrades.

      I agree. Get the RT/Pro.
I'm a lefty that plays with an old school RT with H/L. I bought a warp and all is right with the world.

Personally, I like Classic RT's more because they're cooler looking imo and nobody uses em anymore.

With that said, I'm gonna say go with the RTP. Simply because there are more options out there for it.

Classic RT's work fine with Level 10, and they are worth buying. The only reason they're constered "uncool" is because they're not all flashy and light and anno'd 14 different colors.

My Level 10 works great in my Classic RT, was it leaking out of the back of the valve?

I have seen several Classic RT's with level 10 and they work fine.

WickeDKlowN is right too. The only problems with the classic RT is that you really can't change anything on them. You can forget a ULE body and the ULT won't work without having someone machine out your valve. Plus, Nobody makes after market rails for them. However, you can get some cool custom anodizing done to the rail, foregrip, sight rail, and foregrip bracket because all of those parts are aluminum. I chose to take all of those off, except for the rail obviously, to reduce weight.

Also, I'm hoping that a project that I'm planning to start today will make the classic RT a little most desired, as the gas through rail suits my needs prefectly. I just have to do a little more research first.

Basically with an RT, you can't upgrade them as much. If you want whats on the classic RT and its fine with you then go with the RT. But if you want to upgrade a bit go with the RTP. It's just an all around better gun.
