removal of battery contact on emag

Where the battery makes contact, there are two contact posts. One is removeable with an allen wrench. The other is not. It appears as if it can be driven out with a small punch much like the trigger pin. Can anyone advise the correct procedure for removal? These are the silver contacts in the frame by the way.

Thanks again, glad I asked, I didn't want to take a hammer to my baby.
