    valve and bolt for mag

    Hey everyone.

Is there anyone who feels that there are better aftermarket valves and/or bolts which are compatable with the automag classic than the x-valve or level 10? Before I look at upgrading my mag with these features, I'm curious to know if there other options to consider. If these are the best parts for these upgrades, would it be better to just buy an RT Pro Custom or would it be cheaper to buy these two parts only? Thanks in advance for your help guys.

nobody gets AGD valves better than AGD and the same goes for the bolt

Bingo. The only worthwhile upgrade for the classic valve was the hurricane valve. And that's just because it had an aluminum body so it was lighter. Other than that, nothing else provides any improvements.

If you are looking for upgrades, decide what is important to you. Are you able to shoot fast enough to get shootdown currently? Are you chopping paint? Are you looking for a lighter marker? Are you looking to get a lighter trigger pull?

I stepped into it one part at a time, and now I have two completely separate markers. I probably spent $360 in parts for the "new" RT-Pro, but it was over time. I would have paid about $515 if I just went out and got the same thing from store.airgun.com. I started with just a Level 10, then an Intelliframe, then X-Valve, then ss body, then rail, then ULT. I have one left, ULE body. Total for the "new" one exactly like the real new one would should be around $490. Not a significant savings, but if you don't want to drop $500 at once, it might be the way to go.
        I went like this :shooting:
He went like this :tard: then like this :wow: then like this
Now he shoots a Mag too...

If you are looking at a new x-valve with level 10 and possibly a ULT, it may be advantageous to sell your classic and buy a new ready to go retro mag. That way you can get all the upgrades you need for minimal cost. Selling the classic offsets some of the cost.

There is nothing wrong with the classic itself. A level 10 bolt is the best upgrade you can get for it.

Aa good list of upgrades from a standard classic:

          -retro/xvalve
          -level 10
-ULT (only available for the xvalve)
          -double trigger frame
          -ULE body

If you add up the costs, it is quite a bit cheaper to order a new gun.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
