    Centerflag Dynaflow Reg Leaking

I just got a Dynaflow reg and when I turn the output pressure up to 800psi it starts leaking badly out of the front of the regulator (the adjustment screw)... Any ideas why this may be happening? I took it apart and every thing looks fine. All of the o-rings are in good shape.
I have a game this weekend and need to get it working. Thanks

I had the same problem (I hope). Inside the reg, you will find a brass cylinder (I think it's called a poppet). On the inside there is an allan wrench screw which holds down a spring, spring guide (brass) and at the bottom is a rubber plug. This assembly is your safety valve. If the pressure is too high, it leaks. Try tightening the screw a bit. This should allow you to get your pressure up higher. Mine would not go above 725 psi. It will now go up to 950 psi or so. For the reccord, check with Centerflag before trying this. I figured this out with a local air tec. Hope this helps.
