Hi Guys,
the past weekend was a very nice 24h Scenario Game up at BearClaw Paintball.
Saturday morning, i got my Paint, Air and my Mag, and went to the Chrono. Everything went smooth. Played all day and ripped.....
Saturday night, due the Air guy left too earlie i got a filling of Air but never shoot. Execpt at the Chrono.
Sunday morning. Went back to the Chrono and it happends...... My lovely Mag stoped shooting. Well i told my self lets try it again at the Campside. So i went back and tooked it appart. Looked around and so on.... Then i realaized, that my Fieldstrip screw was loose. So i tied it up. Gasd it up and try to shoot. But all i got was pressure behind the Trigger. I was allready getting mad. Then I loosen the FS screw a little bit and the Mag started shooting not good but it startet. So I loosen it up a little more. It was shooting actually very good but the down side the Valve was mvoving and was thinking that i could come off the Rail. So i tought maybe there is something wrong with the Rail. I changed the Rail, tied the FS screw up and tried to shoot. It was shooting very Good. It did not went reactive but with the ULE i almost could walk the Trigger. That was good enough for the rest of the Day.
So I inspect my rail and saw that the Valve lock milled in the Rail was bend from the Pin which come out of the Valve to hold it in place. I knew that this came from the Velocity adjustment. But why is the Mag acting like that???
I mean can someone give me an adivice?? I need to adjust the Velocity. But i can not afford a new Rail after i donr my Adjustment????
The thing i realized was the looser the FS screw the more reactive my Mag became.
I understand that.
The rail was a Splinter Rail from Rogue and dont get me wrong it is not his fault. Its a Valve fault. The Valve is a X-Valve and I am running a Vert Grippframe on it.
Dont know what I am looking for with that Thread but some Feedback would be great. For the rest which have similar Trouble check that out....
