    messed up on/off vlalve?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

This happened twice today when I was playing and about three times in the past. I had thought it was just because I was using CO2 in cold weather but I do not think that is the problem. Well here is what happened, the on/off valve pin gets stuck halfway up and halfway down. It does not go far enough up into the valve to close it off to allow it to recharge but at the same time it does not go down far enough to push the sear down and push the trigger pin foward allowing me to pull the trigger to close the valve allowing me to shoot the gun. I think that I have three stars left but they are kind of faded. I was hoping that I could send my gun in and AGD could look at it and see what is going on with it.

make sure there is nothing in the valve keeping the on/off pin from fully closing and check the on/off orings

Make sure you are using a lightweight airgun oil. The cold, combined with the Co2, will cause most oils to congeal and not allow parts to slide (i.e. the on/off pin).

It closes fully when I take out the valve bottom, the pin is stuck in there, and I push the pin closed. Then it will work good for awhile but all of a sudden it will just stop working and jam up again.

Are you sure that everything is in correctly. O-rings in the right places, all of them there, on-off pin in the right way, on off top in the right way?
