For some reason my mag either won't fire (bolt stick) or leaks with every spring except for the small brass colored one. Not sure why but I've tried every carrier and velocity with other springs.

have you tried turning your velocity up with the longer springs? the longer springs require a bit higher velocity to cycle.
Hope this helps,

Try to use the med. spring and keep playing with the carriers and shims until it doesn't leak on that spring. I dunno if there is anyone who has found a fool proof method for doing this yet or not, but The way I do it is trial and error. If one carrier leaks go down a half size and keep trying that until it works.Comment

Always remove all shims while dealing with carrier leaks or setting up your LX. Using no shims, put in the largest carrier that doesn't leak. From there you can use longer springs. Make sure you adjust the velocity setting each time you change bolt springs.Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.Comment

temilotzin has it right, leaking out the back AND only the shortest spring with Lvl 10 points right to teh regualtor disc pack as the problem, I had the exact same issue. AGD now sells a stronger disc pack to raise the over pressure venting limit of the on-board regusltor and that allows you to use a stiffer spring and not have leaking. You end up turning the pressure up more but the marker now takes that fine.
Down the barrel leaks are different but it sounds like you've worked the carrier sizing issue already.Automag, Level 10 Upgrade, Intelliframe, Extended Power Feed, ANS PhaseII Regulator body, Smart Parts 14" All American, ACI Bulldog HPA, 12V Revolution, and lots of paint!Comment
