    Who Needs Another Reg?

My friend has a Minimag and a 68 3000 PMI tank. Today he bought a PMI reg for his gun. Is it just me, or is that ridiculous? To the best of my knowledge, if his tank has a reg set for 800 psi and his gun has a reg set to 400 psi, how would he use another reg and why would he want to? Will the reg work on his gun or not? Will it help? Why or why not? Thanks

He wasted $80 on a PMI reg!!!

You are right. He doesn't need another reg so his $80 was wasted.

      It depends...

Why did he say he bought it? I like my adjustable regulator on my nitrogen tank, because about half the time, I total tune the reactiveness out of my RT Pro trigger. You can't do that with a pre-set...

paintchucker, if he has a standard AIR valve there is no reason to be able to change presure because it does not have a reactive trigar. i have an rt and like the ajustable reg to set reactiveness like you do.
Sorry for the spelling. Im still working on it.
