consistancy ?

I've had my Tac One for a few months now and have shot about 3 cases of paint through it, but the velocity still doesn't stay consistent. I get a lot of +/- 10 to 15 fps over the chrono. I've used good marbalizer, average rps paint, and crappy Gander mountain stuff, all of which fit the stock barrel really well. I know there is a break in periond for the gun and the tank regulator, but does it take this long? Or does the level 10 need to be re-tuned after it is broke in? Also, the level 10 will chop a ball sometimes when i'm shooting fast (stock trigger pull) and am not sure why??? The gun and crossfire tank were bough new.
If anyone could lend me some of their knowledge, it will be appreciated.

Who did you buy the gun from? They should be able to help ya out.

Whats the output of the crossfire tank?
What loader?
Is it a chop or a barrel break?

Forgot to ask, how do you chrono?
