    homemade intelliframe??

i've been thinking about trying to make my own intelliframe, but im not sure if it is possible. all i'd need to do is make the trigger close a circuit when pulled. that circuit needs to be hooked up to my 9 volt revys servo. the idea is to make the servo spin everytime the trigger is pulled so there is no space between balls in high rates of fire.

    look here

im pretty sure it is possible but im not sure how to make it.

Look at the online manual for the Intelliframe to revolution intellifeed. What you need is:
-Radio Shack microswitch(mount in frame for sear to click)
    -Radio Shack 20' earphone extension

You have to mount the microswitch so that when the trigger rod moves back it clicks it. Then you need to soder the wires to that and run it uo to your revvy. You dont attach it to the servo-either the 12volt regulator or the battery clips depending on what version revvy u have. Look at the manual and you will get the idea of how to do it. YOu can also do it to other aftermarket frames such as DYE's, or Benchmarks.

i tried to download the intelliframe manual but it didn't work. i'll keep trying. anyways, thanks for the help. i am currently unemployed and therefore cannot afford many upgrades at the moment. making my own "Intelliframe" would be much cheaper.

You don't mean makeing the actuall frame right?
Just adding a microswitch to hook up an intellifeed isn't that hard. It has been done before in just about all frames (which one do you have btw?). If you do a search, there are many threads devoted to setting up an intellifeed on various frames.

NO. i was not going to build the whole frame, just goin to hook up a switch so the trigger rod hits it and the revy spins.

right now i just have the stock single trigger mag frame w/ rubber grips.

I just made an inltellifeed out of my Benchmark. You can see it at my page. just go to tech, equip, then warp.

hey warpedrt, i tried to go to your site but it said it was temporarily un-viewable!? oh-well. do you think you could tell me what you used to make your intellifeed and how you did it?
                thanx

Oh wait, that was my old page, I just updated the new link. It's a totally different page now. It's still sketchy, so you might want me to just tell you. I have to fix stuff on there anyway. Anyway, what kind of grip frame do you have? It works best with a Benchmark of some sort. After you tell me that, I can tell you exactly what to do, Oh, You must know how to solder, and must have a Radio Shack nearby with all the parts. Even if they dont, you could still order them. But, you will have to figure out where to solder the wires to the board, but I could probably tell you how, you just need to locate the sensors on the opposite side of the board that is connected to the photo eye. After that, it's a cake walk.

I just have the stock agd single trigger frame. my dad got me a few micro switches from his work that i can use. they are the same ones used in the intelliframe. he says he knows where to solder the wires adn stuff.(Hes pretty good with electronics. thats his job.) the only problem is mounting the micro switch in the grip as it is made of carbon fiber and machining it is not possible.

if you could tell me how you mounted it that would be great.

most people glue them.. thats what i am going to do.
i dont like signatures. so i turned them off. AO is much better this way.

Well, I put two skrews through my grip. It stays put that way. But since you don't have removable grips, you cant do it that way. I would try to super glue it.
