Failed dollar bill test, what next?

I bought an xmag used. It came with no parts or manuals. I'm new to mags, this is my first one. I tried the dollar bill test as soon as I saw the video. It creased the bill slightly. My question is how do I fix it? Does AGD sell replacement kits for LX? On there website I'm a little confused on what I need. I don't see all the carriers like in a kit. I know i'm covering alot, I'm just looking for a place to start and go from there. Thanks in Advance

    Whoa, slow down there buddy....

The dollar bill test is just to demostrate how light the Level 10 can be, along with the tongue test.

You really don't need it that light, go to www.havoc-online.com or check the Level 10 guide in the drop down menu on the top of this sight.

Plus, its a Xmag right? You should have eyes

    AGD Did someone call me?

You should go to each gun manufacturers forum or call them up. Ask the OWNER of the company why his gun is better. When you get your answers come back here and tell us what they said.

You should buy my gun because I have 5000 posts that say I care.

It has ACE, and it seems to be working fine. I've chopped a couple of times and not sure why? So I assumed I'd start with the level x.

Definitly tune the Level 10, if you need a kit Airgun.com sells them. After that adjust your ACE, it sounds like it needs it if its still chopping....

I'm jealous, I want an Xmag!

It is an amazing combination, eyes and a lvl 10..

How much did you buy it for? Just curious.

I heard from some one that the dollar bill test was just a demonstration of how light the lvl10 could be set; actual results will vary.

My level 10 will do the bill test fine, but it takes lots of tuneing to get there. When you get your parts kit compare the springs to the one currently on your bolt and step up to the next largest spring and then test, if its to soft you can go back to the way it was and be happy or slowly trim the spring to custom tune it for your gun, this is what I needed to do for mine.

i was just wondering, what is the dollar bill test? do they take a dollar bill, stick it int he breach, and watch it not chop a piece of paper?
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

They roll the bill and put it in the breach and watch the bolt stop on the bill without crushing it or bending it

Pokemon - Well, some may agree or disagree. But the reason that Devilmags come with the level 7 is because they have eyes, and don't need the level 10. Same with alot of high end guns, they don't need the Antichop bolts made because eyes take care of it.... Where as on an emag, the level 10 is practically a must. It has no eyes, and it shoots so fast that it needs some sort of anti chop.

I would be one of the folks that take the LX over the eyes any day. Eyes can be picky on paint shell color, wont let the marker shoot if no paint in breach but what happens with a vibration sensor hopper? or a intelafeed hopper? no shoot=no feed=no paint across eye=ahh crap LOL. The LX isint realy that hard to tune once you get the hang of it, and if truely learn you trigger then you wont chop even without LX or eyes. I shot 12+ bps with my classic and L7 with my Autoresponce trigger and would go cases without a chop
