Foregrip removal

I just picked up a used ULE mag and am wonder what mod is needed to remove the silver front "thing" that holds the foregrip. I don't know if there's a mod I can do myself or if I need to buy a new rail.

I won't have it in front of me until tomorrow, it's at AGD right now getting checked out and a ULT installed (helps to live 5-6 miles from them )

I can (or you can) drill new holes for the stock AGD RT Vert Adapter so you can remove the stainless foregrip bracket and mount the ASA directly on the rail. Let me know.
