Ok I have a LX problem. When my barrel is out of my gun my ULT and LX work great but as soon as I put my barrel in It trips the LX and stops the bolt. I put the velocity all the way up and still happens. I have a twistlock with a lapco autospirit barrel. could the barrel be to tight? The valve is an emag valve. I have the red spring in maybe I should change the spring?

First off no need to change the spring the red spring was fine. Take the barrel off and then take your bolt out and see if the bolt slides into the barrel.

The Level 10 would not fit in the smallest insert of my J&J Edge kit. I had to take a few thousandths off the bolt in the lathe.

use a lathe if you have acces to one. or use some sand paper and then make it smooth again when you take off some material.My Guns: chrome and black pump mag

If you take your lvl 7 and your lvl 10 and look at the tips closely you will notice that the tip of the lvl 10 is actually a bit fatter and thats why it wont fit into the barrel. So if ya dont want to get a new barrel then your best bet is going to be to shave down the tip evenly till it slides into the barrel nicely.Comment

I had the same problem with my TL AutoSpirit, too. The anno is probably chipped or worn from the bolt, too. That's how I originally figured out what the problem was. However, I had another lvl 10 kit, took that bolt, and it worked fine. The problem also disappeared when I picked up a ULE body.Comment
