    Trouble with AGD Flatline

I've got a 4.5K, 68ci flatline. When I turn the on/off switch to on, sometimes the LP gauge(if you want to call it that, it's still rather high) will read 600psi. The I can shut it off and shoot all the air out, turn it on again and it will be at 850 psi. I have no idea what the problem is because I am not faimiliar with the internals of the regulator. any help would be great Thanks

Sounds like you may have to replace the orings on the on/off, if air is leaking out after. If you took the line off the output would air continue to leak out? If so the on/off orings are letting air past.

      ?

It's not really leaking air. The output pressure varies each time I reset the on/off switch. I get pressures anywhere from 600 to 950 psi.

"If you experience erratic ouput, or creeping of the output pressure(meaning the output pressure does not stay the same from where you last set it), you need to replace the reg. seat o-ring. If the system isn't flowing properly, make sure the output is around 600-800psi(Mags), check for debris near the reg. seat o-ring and make sure the piston o-ring is clean and oiled. " Thats from his flatline guide look under the gun/air system maintenence sticky at the top of the tech forum, good luck

            Thanks

Thanks, It sounds like the flatline is another mag reg stuck on a tank with constant output.

Not hardly. The Flatline is probably the best regulator ever made...and safe too!
