    Tac One Help

I'll start out by saying that this is a bone stock Tac One that I just purchased used.

The marker shoots, but it has a down the barrel leak. If you pull the trigger and hold it back, the leak stops.

I am totally new to mags, so any help is appreciated.

since when you hold the on/off in the closed position(by holding the trigger) it means the leak is in the power tube, but first check and see if the bolt is re-seating you can look at it and see or if its not obvious then put your finger on it and push it back if you can move it and it clicks then check to make sure the bolt spring is not worn, if it looks good then replace the PT o-ring(see parts diagram) you can also check to see if your front frame screw and rear thumb screw are loose at all if they are it can increase the distance needed to close the on/off putting things out "of time" and that will cause the bolt to not reset.

and i just realized this probably has LVL 10so that could be a whole lot of other things, read the LVL 10 instructions, but i would check your carrier size and what spring is in there. but PLEASE read the LVL10 instructions they are not complicated and are published in several places by different people and once you understand it, you can fix it your self at the field.

Switch to the next smaller sized carrier

Sounds like your level 10 carrier o-ring has gotten broken in, and it is time to switch to the next smaller carrier size. This should stop your leak.

        Thanks guys.

The previous owner (Robert from Cops911) is sending me a set of the carriers.
