Level 10 chuffs

Working on my emag (emag lowers, SS powerfeed body, twist lock barrels, Xvalve).

I am getting chuffing, especially when I try to rapid fire in electronic mode. No idea if same occurs in mechanical (never tried it). I've had a few balls break, as well as a few roll out the barrel, and at least twice have had two balls shoot out the barrel at the same time.

I am using 1 stripe carrier, 2 shims, and looks like long spring.

Tried looking at the Level 10 trouble shooting post, but after 10 pages (and 33 to go), I gave up and decided to post.

Sounds like your first problem you might want to address would be your barrel. Check the spring detent (or plastic, whichever you have) and make sure that it protrudes out enough inside the barrel to stop a paintball. Sometimes on older detents you need to add a second to the barrel if there's a spot for it. What barrel are you using?

Thanks guys! Im using old twist lock barrels from smart parts and JJ. I was actually thinking about replacing the barrel orings (they are 10 years old lol) and still using the wire nubbin.
