    Mags use more air dry-firing?

How is that? They have a regulated pressure in a dump chamber, and a set amount of air is released. No more, no less. So how is it that dry firing uses more air than when you have paint?

Because when you shoot the gun with no ball in the chamber you are letting all the air out of the chamber, but when there is a paintball in there and you fire the gun some of the air stays behind in the chamber.
