Try replacing the reg seal. Make sure you install the new one the correct direction. It should snap into place.

Have you checked your level 10 tuning? It is possible that your carrier is too tight, causing erratic behavior.

I am sure you've checked your detent is properly set up? *edit* Oh, you did it in another body....Hmm

1- What type of gas are you using? If you are using CO2, that may be your problem.

2- Have you looked at your reg pin valve? If it's covered in crud, that may be yor problem.
