VF on a 68 classic

I did a search but I couldn't find anything info on this. If someone could poin me in the right direction I would appreciate it. I am thinking of a getting a 68 classic. Can i put a verticalk feed body on that gun or am I stuck with the right feed? That is about the only upgrade I want to make on the gun. If I can put a vert feed on it are there only certain bodies i can use? If I decide later to put a double trigger frame on it later can I? The really nice ones with the blade trigger is what I am talking about?


Can this be done or will I be stuck with the stock gun because after market parts won't fit it.

there are some old non ule vert bodys around once in a while
or you could buy a used ule around 80 to about 120 new

the frame you are talking about is an intelli frame yes that will fit on your am/mm rail

or you can look around ao there are lots of bodys and frames for sale

Another option for vert feed on a Mag is Luke's Vert Mod, it is not a centerfeed but it is vertical and I like hte down-the-barrel sighting it offers. You can find his posting inthe Dealer's Forum, I think the thread is something like "Mods, kits, and services" or some such.

I had this done to my Classic and I am very happy with the results and it is inexpensive to boot.

The only problem will be getting a vertfeed barrel, but there are plenty around.
