Would a hyperframe be able to trip an X-mag valve? It says that Hyperframes need ULT to work well. But in the ULT thread. It says ULT's can fit double o-ring emag. or X-mag valves but it is NOT reccomended. Anyone know if this is do-able?

It will work fine, The standard Emag/Xmag on/off pin may be to short though. I believe all X-valves can take a ult, and most emag valves can except for the older ones. -
does this mean I don't have to install a ULT on the x-mag valve? also, how would I tell the age of my valve? Seeing that it is an XT, its newer than the old e-mags?

I believe Xt is an X-mag valve, so you should be able to put a ult in that if you want. If not you might have to get a longer on/off pin since the stock X-mag pin is .712 you may need to get the .750 pin or whatever the length is that comes stock in the X-valve.Comment
