need to know how to adjust the output

Loosen the nut that is at the very front of the tank and then use the same alen key that you use to adjust the velocity on your mag to turn the pressure adjusment knob. Turn in to get higher pressure and turn ou to get lower pressure. What you want to do first is turn it out so that when you turn on the tank it reads 0 output pressure then you want to crank it in to the desired pressure.

At the end of the reg there is a hex wrench hole. Put the appropriate wrench (1/8 I believe) and turn it clockwise up (again I believe). If it will not turn you need to loosen the locking nut with an adjustable wrench.

whats the locking nut because I dont see anything on my tank that will take an adjustable wrench

Is this a 4500 or a 3000? http://www.airgun.com/museum/AccessoryGallery.htm look at the front of the regulators both have a nut that locks down the pressure adjusment knob.
