Any differance between these bolts?

I've got a couple 'mag bolts hanging around, and I was wondering if they had some specific purpose...

On one bolt the face is entirely even, and on the other the inside section sticks out the front of the bolt. I'm assuming this one is the "long nose" bolt used to reduce blowback? Is one better than the other? Will they both work with a foamie?

One's a long nose and the other sounds like the short nosed bolt, neither of which use a foamie. Of the three versions of the lvl 7 bolts (that I know of), short nose, long nose and foamie bolt the long nose is my favorite.
