    Automag /Cocker Threads

At what point did Automag start using Cocker threads? Is it only the ULE bodies? Is it everything after a certain year? How else can I tell (for instance, while looking at stuff on Ebay)?

ULE bodies are cocker threaded. Anything else, should be twist lock. A safe bet would be to just ask the seller too.

Acutally, anything with a stainless steel mainbody has a twist lock.

Anything aluminum has cocker threads. :ULE bodies, Tac-1s, Karta, and the Dallara all have cocker threads

Just before the ULE bodies came out, Doc Nickle made a twistlock to cocker thread adpater. This turned the old stainless bodies into cocker threaded.

Also, don't forget, the Micromag (made by Pro Team Products, not AGD) was cocker threaded.

Yeah, for $35, that's a real tossup for me.

            Oo, didn't know that. Thanks!

Definately extra lube. I keep two bottles at all times. Can't leave home w/o your lubricant.
