    Boo-Yaa help needed

I recently purchased a used MiniMag with a Boo-Yaa frame attached. I'm not sure of the spelling, so I'm apologizing now. The gun wouldn't fire, so we disassembled the frame and noticed a spring on the solenoid was missing. We put a spring, which we had to basically make, into it's spot against the solenoid and got the gun to fire. We now have a different problem. It is taking atleast 2 trigger pulls to get the sear tripped to fire the gun. It looks like the sear is either not returning to it's original position so that it may be tripped after each trigger pull or the first trigger pull is not pushing the sear far enough to release the bolt and air. We've cleaned and oiled the gun, but can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. I don't know much about the frame other than it is electronic and we believe it to be a Boo-Yaa, but I couldn't tell you who makes that frame. At this point, ignorance is not bliss. Thanks.

Ok, with a little bit of time and search effort I have read the history on that frame. I'm still hoping someone out here will have an answer as to why it takes 2 or 3 trigger pulls to fire the gun. Again, Thanks.

Do you have a hyperframe on/off or a ult? Most frames like that wont work without one or the other.

I'm not sure? I wouldn't know what the ULT looks like on the gun. Unfortunately I'm at work, but I'll have a look later tonight.

        Problem fixed

We had to polish the sear and change it's angle a slight bit, but now the gun fires great.

Well thats strange, usually with electronic Mag frames like Centerflag's Hyperframe or ex Mako's Booyah you need a new, longer on/off pin. Usually the ULT, which replaces your existing on/off assembly completely, will also work. I am positive that in your original case that was the problem, and if you ever have any problems in the future this is the way to solve it.

Thanks. I'll try and track down a ULT for the gun and go from there.
