what would happen if you took the front part of an rt valve and attached it to the back part of a micromag valve. id like to know if anyone has tried anything like this before. i havent ever checked, for all i know the threads wont even match up. but still...
this is a pretty dumb question.

I wouldn't recommend that too, the reverse is safer to try, i guess, attaching the back part of an RT to a front part of a classic. Then again, I guess the design is different, i think the air paths are different, so you may end up in sealing the pass-through of air from one part to the other... *This is a guess* I'm not really sure.
Either way, please be aware that you may wreck something! Most probably will be just o-rings, but if you're adventurous enough, try it, and tell us

well if the RT valve is like the X-valve somethng bad or odd should happen as it has that extra half valve on the bottom of the on/off pin and a double spring inside the back half instead of a single inside the regular.Guns
