Xvalve leaks in 1 gun but not in the other?

I have an RT Pro w/ xvalve and ULT. I recently got an XMAG as well. I wanted to use my ULT in the Xmag so i took it out, adn it wont fit in the xmag's xvalve, its like the oring keeps it from seating flush like it does in the RT's xvalve. So i decide to put the ULT back i the RT's valve, and just swap the entire valve over to the Xmag. I do so, gas the gun up, and it leaks like crazy, and wont shoot at all in any mode, just big leak. Why would an xvalve leak in the XMAG but not in the RT? And why wont my ULT fit in the xmag's xvalve???? I'm so stumped!!!

I finally got my mag up and running and it's great.

The xmag works great, as does the RT. I just cant seem to get my ULT to work in the xmag. Its not that big of a deal but yes I am playing on saturday.

As stated in your IM to me-

Don't use the ULT in the Xmag.

You probably didn't have all the orings out of the xvalve.
