tune a ult to be able to walk the trigger without bounce ?

Walkable as in "electro walkable", no.
Bounce, there isn't any bounce in the ULT so no RT action.
You can "walk" a ULT but you're going to be much slower than an electro and you're technique has to change because you can't just tap the trigger with your fingers to get it to shoot, there's still 15oz. of pressure there to overcome, so you'll need to walk like you're plucking a guitar string instead of tapping on keys. There's a certain rythm to it too, I've been able to do it a few times, though it definately will take some practice to do consistantly
