Level 6/7 68Automag & Level 10

I recently picked up what appears to be a Level 7 pre-star 68Automag Valve (S/N 4500ish) though it has the threaded, removable PT tube, the PT spring rather than the spacer, and a pretty funky thing-a-ma-jig which apparently passes for a reg piston assembly.

Do I need to do any voodoo to put a Level 10 on this (aside from the reg piston upgrade and Level 10 kit itself)?

Not sure what the piston deal is, but Im betting it hasnt been run on anything other than co2? If so, you may need a new reg piston anyhow, since the older ones used to vent on air unless you had the velocity set real low. The same would probably happen with the LVL 10, since you would have to turn the velocity adj in more to overcome the larger spring.
