    New automag HELP!!!!!

Okay I just bought a new automag 68 . I bought it cause I've hered they'er really reliable and accurate. So ounce I got it I used CO2 and didn't oil it, Then I found out that You need to oil it and use compressed air. so I filled my nitro duck and used some household oil. ounce I acctually got it to fire its accuracy was far less than expected (might be because bad paint mach) and it was really loud and a little fast , ohhhhh and the trigger rod took a while to recock so trigger pul was slow.
If anybody has some tips for me to get my gun shooting the way i've heard about mags PLEASE tell me.

Automags can run on Co2 as long as you have a way of keeping the liquid Co2 out of the valve, like an expansion chamber, anti-siphon bottle, vetical bottle, or remote line.

You heard right about oiling your gun. You should oil it before every use, but don't use household oil, it will be dry in minutes. Use some kind of paintball oil like gold cup or something similar.

Another problem might be where you are oiling. The simplest thing to do is put about 3 drops in the ASA and then screw in your air tank. After this dry fire the gun without the barrel, or you will oil up your barrel and the paintballs will fly all over the place (this might be your accuracy problem, or like you said bad paint to barrel match, or lopsided crappy paintballs).

About your slow recocking problem, if you have a lv. 7 then I would take the on/off out, and lube all the o-rings well with paintball oil. If you have a lv.10 mag then you probably need to change to the next larger carrier while using the same o-ring.

The Level 10 or X-Valve has nothing to do with the weight of your trigger pull. If you want a lighter trigger pull get a ULT.

Don't get a ULT for a "classic" Automag. It will work but it won't do anything.

Do you know how old your gun is? The original level 7 on/off's were terrible and you would get shoot down. They improved them years ago though. Your on/off top should look like this:

The ULT drops the weight of the pull to 15 ounces. I am 115% sure the wieght of the pull with a normal on/off is not 15 ounces. It will work and does make a difference. Does it work just as well in an RT valve? IMO, no.
