    Bumpers? WTF?

Ok, I know they do not need to be replace until they get chopped up. Mine are getting there faster that Id like. Every 3-4 times playing it seems the bumper starts to get chewed up around the center. Is this normal? Im thinking of trying a lvl7 bumper since they seem to be a little more durable.

Glue the bumper to the valve. It'll last longer.

It has to do with the bumper being softer, the edge on the bottom of the bolt and the longer/tougher spring.

That should work. Tater used something on my Xmag valve that was black, I don't recall what it was though.

            Epoxy.

The kind you mix together. That has kept mine on for a really long time. Just make sure you let it dry completely and it'll last for a very long time.

I am having the same problem.
Is it ok to use the old blue bump stops????
Will using the harder blue bump stop do any damage to the valve or bolt???

I have heard people using the blue lvl7 bumpers with no ill effect. Im just not sure if they would be an improvement or not.

I am hopeing they last longer than the clear bump stops they make
                    for the emag now.

Glue your bumper down. That will prolong its life.

I was having the same trouble, I have used blue bumpers in my retro valve for a while now. No damage, and I haven't had to replace it yet. I wouldn't say there is more kick or anything either.

BTW is still use the clear ones in my xvalve though. it doesn't seem to chew them up nearly as bad as my retro does.
