Ok guys, I have been out of the sport for awhile, and the other day i took my mag to a local field and realized that we are overrun with electros. Well after one game i was once again addicted. I then went home to get an update on upgrades for my mag. I ordered an x-valve with lv10 and a ult. I am debating on a frame to get, i have been reading up on the pneumatic and electros, but are they tourney legal, or should i just go with a chimira? Post additional info for me as well if i should get anything else.

Yes the pneumag, emag (some venues get funny about making it elecro only) & the devil mag are all tournement legal. Chimera is more bling (dont get me wrong the are flawless
) you can also consider an intelliframe with blade trigger. Final option is to hunt down a used centerflag hyperframe newer ones are capable of 20 bps.

So far as Firepower upgrades are concerned in the Electro field... well you're in the middle of rather skimpy pickin's. The ULT will make your pull lighter but won't place it in the realm of electro fast.
Your options for electro firepower upgrades:
1) E-Mag lowers - Buy'em used and have a good time with it, be aware (as was stated above) that certain veniews might have issues with it. As far as bolt-on and go is concerned, you can't get much better than this. (Requires E-Mag On/Off)
2) Devil Mag - Great little piece, definately an option with the option of adding some other nifty upgrades, vert frame only though and a waiting list. (Requires ULT)
3) Logic E/P-Frame - Pre-orders are in the works right now and a certian number are needed to get the project into production, waiting times for finished frames could be lengthy depending on how long this takes to get moving. (Requires stock RT On/Off)
4) PTP Pneu-Mag - Not currently in production but slated for release sometime later this year. (Requires Stock RT On/Off)
5) Hyperframe/Boo-Yah! - Old standbys, kinda hard to track down, uses the ULT if the On/Off they came with is missing.
If you don't mind waiting, any of these would be a good option. The E-Mag lowers are my personal sudgestion if you want something right now.
Mechanical Firepower upgrades:
1) Chimera - Vertical mech frame, uses Angel Spaceframe grips from Rogue.
2) Inteliframe - Your basic .45 frame with a blade trigger, a personal favorite of mine.
3) Ripper - Vertical mech frame, uses Angel Spaceframe grips from Logic.
4) Y-Frame - Basically an inverted .45 frame inspired by the infamous Z-Grip.
As I said, I like the Inteliframe, that's mostly because I like .45 frames and I can't shoot worth beans with a vert.
Other sorts of Upgrades -
Well, sadly, unless you want to make your 'Mag lighter there aren't many options out there for you. Once you have your Level 10 and X-Valve you're sitting pretty much back on the top of the pile for AGD Technology.
