    X-Valve Tuning Help

This is my first mag ive owned and the kid i bought it from mentioned nothing about it needing any kind of tuning. After about two shots the shootdown starts and it wont recharge. I dont know anything about tuning it or what to do, so if sombody could walk me through some stuff on instant messenger that would be very helpful.

    Thanks

X-Valve? Level 10 Bolt? How old is it? What happens to the trigger rod when this happens? Where in Minnesota? Any audible leaks? What air source?
      I went like this :shooting:
He went like this :tard: then like this :wow: then like this
Now he shoots a Mag too...

All xvalves have level 10.. (PRETTY MUCH)

        Level 10 Guide-

Read this over, and make sure all parts are in correctly, and that they are all there. That would be a good start for now.

EDIT: I would like to add...

Use HPA, not co2, and make sure your air is set at about 800psi, or a high pressure tank. Do you have a ULT or Stock RTP on/off? (the person you bought it from should know easily).

JRingold- xvalve, level 10 bolt, i think its a little older (guessing by x label on it), dont know what happens to the trigger rod, no leaks, 3000 psi tank, and about an hr west of the cities, where r u at?

Need4Speed1299- thanks for the link, ill look over it. And i know a little better than to use co2....haha, and it has the ult

(hopefully i answered both of your questions if you decide to look at this thread again)

I talked to the guy i bought it from and the only thing he could come up with (since he said it shot fine when he sent it) is that the pin on the tank i was using might be too short for the drop he had on there (dead on) which wouldnt allow enough air to get in. Luckily (if thats the problem) i happened to have bought a tank tahts on its way that is nearly the same as his.

Ill post again once ive looked into these suggestions, but any other ideas for info is greatly appreciated.

          Thanks

Whats important is that you have a HIGH output pressure tank...a mag needs atleast 800 psior higher in most cases.SO hopefully you ordered a HP tank...i recommend crossfire they have the best recharge.

Well Thanks Needforspeed, its not that the parts werent in correctly, the problem was the parts werent in at all (apparently he missed this when he put it back together). But im still missing a piece that DOES need to go in. In the guide its the number 7 piece (Powertube Tip). If anybody could now help me on where to get one taht would be nice. Thanks for all your help. Ill post if i need any additional help or if that wasnt the only problem.

              Thanks
