After I Pull Fast Alot, Trigger Pin Goes Into Frame Too Far To Shoot Anymore.

    What the title states.

I can pull the trigger normal a lot and it doesn't happen, but when I pull fast a bunch it is like the pin the trigger hits to make the gun shoot, gos too far into the trigger frame to shoot anymore.

What fixes it is I unscrew the screw holding the valve in and then pull out valve a little then push back in.

    Thanks!

Do you have the right size on/off pin? Is your sear *pin adjusted to far away?

Do you have the rail bushing installed in the rail?

Sounds like short-stroking to me. You have the level 10 bolt, correct? Try running a squeegie down the barrel and see if you can push the bolt back into the 'fire' position, this should eject the trigger rod back to behind the trigger.

You're probably just not pulling and releasing the trigger fully under rapid fire.

Is it an RT or Classic valve?

If its a RT, take the on/off apart, and replace the little white oring in the middle of it, Lube the heck out of the whole thing when you put it back together.

It's the brass round part that is either sticking out of the gripframe or the rail where the field strip screw goes.

Make sure you have the trigger/sear rod adjusted to the proper length.

How do you adjust it? Now it won't fire at all and sometimes make "blurping" noises and sometimes I fire and then must push bolt back every shot. Most time it will not fire, but the trigger pressurizes and everything!!!

I have no lvl. 10. A classic 68 valve. Thanks, list all possible solutions.

                        1. You're short stroking it.

                        2. You need a push button ASA for a quick fix... or you need trigger stops which i don't recommend.

Get like, a Hybrid Grind ASA. Every time the above happens... de-gas and re-gas and the pin will reset and you can go hard. Just be aware.. when you re-gas it may fire.

You are getting bolt stick. Try replacing the bolt spring. If it is new, then you need to longer powertube spacer.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

                            Thanks All!

It was bad paint. I checked into it and sure enough, the paint was crap.
