    foregrip installation

I just got a classic automag today and have one simple question

I have a non-gasthru foregrip, how do I get the bugger on my automag rail?

Do you have the front ASA/foregrip attachment for the rail?

no I plan on getting that, but I was told I will have to drill a hole for it to stay on, for my rail has no hole for a grip to go in

If you have a classic rail, the hole is there, you just need to punch it.

I am sure it is a classic rail, but there is no hole unless I have to punch that hole from inside, I haven't taken the rail off yet but I am going to tonight

Correct. You punch the hole from inside the rail (where the body sits).

              Punch the hole (c:

You'll need a 1/2 20 screw to hold the vertical ASA adaptor to the rail however the head needs to be "low profile" to fit under the body. AGD sells the screws as well.

If you're going to order a vertical ASA you could get a 15 degree one, I think they look nice:

Tuna has these and I'm sure some others have them too.

I was thinking about one of the black carbon fiber ones

                is this the right screw?

No. That's one if you mount it to the front foregrip bracket on an RT Pro rail. The ASA kit from AGD will include the screw you need if you mount it directly to the rail.

You don't. Just punch the hole, insert screw and thread the ASA on.

so the screw drops in from the top, I get it now and the vertical bottle adapter will come with the screw?
