    Flatline Performance at 450psi?

I have 3 flatline bottles, 2-68/3000's and a 70 or 72/4500. I have used mags for several years and really like these tanks. I have recently moved over to the dark side and purchased a G7 Angel. The angel came with a 45/4500 tank 450psi output. A little small for my back position.
My Question is. How low is the Flatline pressure output capable of and how well can they keep up at these pressures. I have heard that there optimal output range is 700-1200.
